The ILX is a modernized, AI-driven user interface and homepage that provides a guided path for learners to stay compliant by organizing learning for each individual’s needs. Personnel can access mandatory training courses, certification programs, and development programs.

• Modernized Homepage: The Required Learning section provides mandatory courses prioritized by due dates. The Important Learning section lists courses assigned by management and the Invest in Myself section utilizes AI to recommend courses based on your history.
• Compliance Tracking: Track mandatory training and certifications, which is critical given the frequent compliance requirements in public sectors.
• Customizable Courses and Learning Paths: Agencies can create tailored courses for specific job roles, such as ethics training, security protocols, and specialized skills.

The JTMS is the bureau’s official system of record for the administration of all training, to include registration, documentation, tracking and reporting of external, internal, virtual, and in-person training.
